Do you charge for estimates?
Nope! All our on-site estimates are completely free. We’ll come take a look, assess your system or project, and give you a clear, honest quote — no strings attached and no surprise fees later.
Do I have to use you for installation if you design my system?
Not at all. Our septic designs are fully approved by Nova Scotia Environment and can be installed by us or any licensed contractor of your choice. Of course, we’d love to do the work — but the choice is yours.
How long does it take to install a new septic system?
Most installations take about three to seven days from start to finish, depending on the size of the job and weather conditions. We’ll give you a clear schedule upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.
How often should I have my septic system inspected or maintained?
We recommend a quick check and effluent filter cleanout once a year. Regular maintenance helps you avoid costly repairs — sometimes saving you $20,000 or more in the long run.
What if my septic system starts backing up or smells bad?
Don’t panic (and definitely don’t ignore it). Give us a call or text right away — we’ll inspect the system, use our pipe camera to pinpoint the issue, and get it repaired before it turns into a bigger mess.

Do you provide commercial services?
Yes — but mostly for repairs and system analysis. We don’t handle new commercial installations, as those require an engineer to design the system. If you’re not sure where to start, we can point you in the right direction.
